Thank you for your order!

We offer a one year warranty on all items purchased through our website. The warranty covers manufacturers defects, not general wear and tear.

We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase, so you can return unworn merchandise with its original packaging for a refund within 14 days of purchase. Anything after 14 days can be exchanged or returned for store credit. 

For returns and exchanges, please follow the instructions below.

  1. Contact our Customer Service department to obtain a Return Authorization (RA) number Monday-Friday 9am-6pm (PST) or (310) 449-1155. Don’t want to call?  Send us and email at: contact@laloop.com.
  2. Fill out this Return/Exchange form.
  3. Pack your item for return or exchange along with the original packing slip and the Return/Exchange form. Make sure to include the Return Authorization (RA) Number on the outside of the package.
  4. Once we receive your package, please allow 5 to 10 business days to process your exchange or store credit.
  5. For your protection, we suggest using UPS, FedEx or insured Parcel Post, as we cannot claim responsibility until the package is back in our hands.
