Warranty
We offer 6 months warranty on all items purchased through our website. The warranty covers manufacturers defects, not general wear and tear.
Change your mind
La LOOP offers a 2 week 'Change My Mind' deal whereby you may exchange and receive a credit for any piece received. Just follow the instructions below.
1) Contact our Customer Service department to obtain a Return Authorization (RA) number Monday-Friday 8am-5pm (PST) (310) 449.1155 or send us and email at: info@laloop.com.
2.) Fill out this Return/Exchange form.
3.) Pack your item for return or exchange along with the original packing slip and the Return/Exchange form. Make sure to include the Return Authorization (RA) Number on the outside of the package.
4.) Once we receive your package, please allow 5 to 10 business days to process your exchange or store credit.
5.) For your protection, we suggest using UPS, FedEx or insured Parcel Post, as we cannot claim responsibility until the package is back in our hands.
