We want you to love your LA LOOP. If something isn't quite right, we're here to make it easy. Below is everything you need to know about returns, exchanges, and our warranty—for both U.S. and international Loopers.

Our 30-Day Promise

We offer a 30-day return policy on all eligible items purchased at laloop.com. You have 30 days from the date your order is delivered to request a return or exchange.

 

To be eligible, your item must be:

  • Unworn and unused, in the same condition you received it

  • Returned in its original packaging, including the microfiber pouch

  • Accompanied by proof of purchase (your order number)


We inspect every returned item. LOOPs that show signs of wear, damage, or missing packaging may be declined or subject to a partial refund.

 


 

How to Start a Return or Exchange

  1. Visit laloop.returnscenter.com.

  2. Enter your order number and email to begin.

  3. Choose exchange, store credit, or refund.

  4. Follow the instructions to print your label and ship your LOOP back.

U.S. Returns & Exchanges

For orders shipped within the United States:

  • Exchanges are always free. Wrong length, wrong color, or just had a change of heart? Swap it for the LOOP you really want and we'll cover shipping both ways–as long as you start the process within the 30-day return window.

  • Store credit is always free. Choose store credit and we'll send a prepaid label at no cost—plus you'll have that credit  ready in your account for your next LOOP purchase.

  • Prefer a cash refund? No problem. We'll still send you a prepaid label; a flat $8 return shipping fee is simply deducted from your refund.


Refunds are issued to your original payment method once we receive and inspect your return—typically within 5–7 business days. Your bank may take a few additional days to post the credit. Original shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.

 


 

International Returns & Exchanges

We're proud to ship LA LOOP to Loopers around the world. International returns are welcome within the same 30-day window, with a few differences:


  • Return shipping is the customer's responsibility. We recommend a trackable, insured method—LA LOOP isn't responsible for items lost in transit.

  • Duties, taxes, and customs fees paid on your original order are non-refundable, as these are charged by your local government, not LA LOOP.

  • Shipping charges are not refundable. 

  • For exchanges, any new duties or taxes on the replacement item are the customer's responsibility.

  • To keep things simple and avoid extra customs costs, international Loopers may opt for store credit instead of a refund.

Final Sale

Sale, “Vault” and discounted items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged, unless they arrive damaged or defective.

 


 

Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us at hello@laloop.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We'll make it right with a replacement or full refund—including any return shipping costs—at no charge to you, U.S. or international.

 


 

Our 1-Year Warranty

Every LA LOOP purchased through laloop.com is backed by a 1-year warranty covering manufacturer's defects in materials and workmanship. The warranty does not cover general wear and tear, accidental damage, or loss.


While issues are rare, we promise to resolve any covered concern quickly and hassle-free. To make a warranty claim, fill out our retail repair form  (we will ask for your order number and a photo of the issue). For non-warranty fixes, we are happy to give you an estimate of what it would cost to fix your LA LOOP; please visit our Repairs page to give us more information.

 

 

Gifts

Received a LA LOOP as a gift? We've got you. Start a return at laloop.returnscenter.com with the order number, or contact us at hello@laloop.com, and we'll issue your refund as store credit so the original purchaser isn't notified. 


 


 

Retail Purchases

If you purchased your LA LOOP at a retail store, please reach out to them and they will be able to guide you through their individual return policy and, if necessary, whether it is possible to get your LA LOOP repaired.
