We offer repair services for items purchased from laloop.com. If you purchased your LA LOOP through a store, please contact that store directly.

Every LA LOOP purchased through our website is also protected under a one year warranty. Please note that this warranty covers manufacturers defects, but not general wear and tear. It does not include LA LOOP Masks.

If your LA LOOP is out of warranty, we will still happily repair it, but a repair fee will apply.
