The weather is incredible in Southern California right now. Being Present in 2014

Renovating Classics: Picasso

The Picasso museum in Paris has been under renovation for the last two years. A gem of a museum (and my favorite in Paris) sits in the Marais and houses more than 3,000 masterpieces. Achieving Greatness

Yesterday in temple, the Rabbi had a great sermon on being Great.  And that being great isn't just about finding the next cure for cancer, building the tallest building, starting the next Microsoft, or doing the biggest deal.  Being great is about touching the ones around you-- taking care of one another and telling the people in your life what they mean to you.  And that if we as human beings did that more often people would feel better about themselves and do better and more in their lifetime.  That we all have the ability to be GREAT today.  ...
